I only went for the Friday session which featured WW2 tanks. Timed my arrival to be around 1pm so that the Russian then German tanks were on. Lots of Pz IV varaiants as well as the Panther to finish the day.

Even saw YouTube celebrity The Chieftain along with a few assistants.
Also went on the Wednesday and took lots of photos to the point where Google will stop my email in a month if I don’t reduce the volume. There were a lot of interesting tanks there including many Aussie home grown WW2 efforts.

Back to modelling tomorrow hopefully but I will be back for Armourfest again as it was quite extraordinary to see so many German tanks actually working 80 years on. I won’t miss the diesel fumes in the meantime :).
They have a KV1 that is being rebuilt although they can only find enough track to do one side.
